Juan Adriatico Jr. is very knowledgeable and a expert with Hill Country and South Texas real estate. He is a commercial hunting outfitter and understands the Hill Country and South Texas like the back of his hand. A prior collegiate baseball player of Lander University with a degree in Marketing and Business and a Masters in Pastoral Counseling from Erskine Theological Seminary, Juan served fifteen years as a U.S. Army and Navy Chaplain with two combat tours in Iraq and was awarded the Bronze Star. During his time of service he ministered to thousands of Troops and Sailors overseas and was a Hospital Burn Unit Chaplain at Brook Army Medical Center while in the Army. He loves serving others and is a real-estate expert in the Hill Country and South Regions of Texas.
He is dedicated to serving others in meeting their needs in regards to commercial, residential or ranch properties.
Linda spent her thirties traveling the world and writing country music in Nashville. Finally, she settled down in Uvalde and married Dr. Charles Milton Koehl. They have one son, Carlos, who is a student at Texas A&M University, and two grown children, Grady (and his wife, Mandy) and Casey (and his wife Daneane), who are also Aggies. They are all members of the First United Methodist Church. Linda and Milton worked side by side in his dental practice (during which time she earned another degree in counseling psychology) and after more than thirty years in dentistry, Linda chose real estate as her next career.
With four years under her belt as a real estate agent, Linda obtained her Broker’s license and started her own company, Riata Realty. Linda is mentor to all her agents and has a wealth of knowledge and experience as she is dedicated to serving our clients.
